What's an EPC?

This new legislation stems from the "KYOTO AGREEMENT" signed by the major powers in the 1990's to limit Greenhouse Gases and Carbon Emmissions, and is now part of European and English law. We have all seen the "rainbow stickers " on washing machines, fridges,freezers and microwaves telling us how efficent they are this is basically what a Energy Performance Certificate is {EPC} We have all seen the effects of changes to weather patterns around the world if we don't do anything what sort of world will we leave our grandchildren and there grandchildren?
